Browsers

The CAS's learning portal is based on an HTML5 site, so it is suggested that you use the following HTML5 compatible browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 9 or higher
  • Mozilla Firefox 3.6 or higher
  • Safari 3.6 or higher
  • Google Chrome
Troubleshooting

Should you have problems viewing this site, we recommend the following troubleshooting methods -- clearing the cache on their internet browser and checking that the browser is up to date. It is also recommended they use a private network (ex: home) as opposed to a public network (ex: school, work). Ensure that Flash is installed + not blocked, and no Firewall is preventing anything from loading properly. If the issue still persists, please try to use a different internet browser. If you still cannot view it, contact our tech support team at cassupport@digitalignite.com.

Home Page Features

  • Search the site by typing in one or more keywords.
  • Browse the site by selecting an item from the list.
  • Quick Links takes you to a collection of items in the catalog, a specific site feature, or a website on a different website.
  • Welcome displays the welcome message for the site.
  • Recommendations displays other courses that may interest you.
  • My Courses lists the courses you're enrolled in. Click each title for details
  • Featured helps you learn about new and upcoming courses or events.

Catalog Page Features

  • Catalog allows you to view and purchase course offerings.
  • Credits lists the number of continuing education credits for each course.
  • Refine Search allows you to search by keyword, title, or course description. Use quotation marks around phrases (e.g., "code of conduct").
  • View Cart allows you to confirm a purchase, or add or remove an item from your shopping cart.

My Learning Page Features

My Enrollments tab lists the courses you're enrolled in. Use it to track your progress, the amount of time you've spent in a course, your grade (if applicable), the date you purchased the item, and the date it expires.

  • View Details including the description and key words for each course.
  • Launch the course. If you've already started it, you may resume from where you left off or restart from the beginning.
  • Credit displays the number of continuing education credits earned.

My Transcript tab is based on your recent activity and lists the courses you've begun. You may sort by enrollment or expiration dates.

  • Launch is available for all active courses. Expired items are listed but cannot be launched.
  • Grade is shown for courses that require you to pass a test to earn continuing education credit.
  • Credit(s) displays the number of continuing education credits earned.

Credits tab lists the number of continuing education credits earned. Credits may be sorted by year earned.
